We have a couple of positions available at the moment.

​

We are looking for an intern and a farm helper at the moment.

Also the possibility of a garden and guesthouse helper.

​

If you have sincere interest in learning about self sufficiency and off grid  farming/ranching then this may be the place for you.

​

The ideal person would be an open minded, earth loving individual with diverse  farm or ranching skills and willingness to learn new skills. ( see list below for more details)

​

We can provide you with an off grid private cabin or a campsite.

​

All your meals will be included in an energy exchange of work required around the farm and guesthouse.

​

We are looking for someone who can commit at least 6 months or longer to staying and working with us.

​

The average hours worked per day would be about 5, 5 days a week unless you choose to contribute more. There is also potential work within the area on other farms/ranches as well.

​

You would be required to supply and cut your own firewood for heat.

​

There is no cell service on the farm however there is a landline for emergency and also internet to be used lightly as is satellite.

​

We prefer a non smoker however we are 420 friendly as long as does not interfer with getting the required work completed.

​

We are an alcohol  & drug free zone . 

​

We have a ZERO tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave immediately.

​

Well behaved pets may be consider if is used to farm animals and wild life we cannot tolerate dogs chasing our sheep, chickens, dear or any other wild life.

Your dog must also NOT be a barker as our retreat space many people come for solitude in nature and do not want to be disrupted by barking dogs.

This is an ENERGY EXCHANGE Internship no stipend supplied. There may be cash bonus available from time to time so you MUST have funds for your own transportation and other personal items. 

​

Ideally you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle however not entirely necessary as there is possiblity to be picked up from airport in Williams Lake or Prince George for the right candidate.
