Hello and welcome to our little off grid farm!

We are Kim and Chuck Mernett and we live in the beautiful Chilcotin region of  British Columbia about 2 hours west of Williams Lake on the Discovery Coast Hwy 20 at the Chezacut  Road turnoff.

​

It started with a dream more than 40 years ago to live in the mountains, build and off grid  home to raise our children as natural as possible, cut and prepare our own lumber, grown our own produce, raise chickens for eggs, sheep/lambs for meat and to reduce our environmental footprint.

And here we are today!

Come experience back country off grid farm living for a day, a week or longer.

We have an off grid guesthouse just a couple minutes up the road where you can rent separate rooms or rent the entire guesthouse.

​

We also have 2 off grid cabins , 1 cabin overlooking the Chilko River and there campsites in a wooded forest location.

​

Come .......relax and reconnect to nature.

​

We also serve fresh home grown, home made organic meals.

Or you might want to join one of upcoming workshops, playshops or retreats offered at our guesthouse.

Perhaps an upcoming celebration or wedding.

 

We also offer a quaint rustic wedding venue for smaller celebrations and all can be personalized.
