We are providing a safe , serene atmosphere for writers of all levels to connect, unplug from the distractions of daily living and stresses, relax, retreat and explore in this rustic off grid Chilcotin wilderness retreat venue.

​

This special writers retreat is designed to assist you in re-connecting to your self, nature , your passions, your authentic voice and perhaps re-kindle your love of writing.

​

We will provide creative writing prompts, activities to inspire, empower and uplift you and help you to let go, relax and perhaps become unstuck in some way.

​

We will also pamper you with fresh home cooked farm to table meals to nourish your body, mind  and soul.

​

Please dress for the weather ( as some activities may be outdoors depending on weather conditions), bring comfy , cozy clothing and footwear.

We welcome schools and educators to bring your small class groups to the guesthouse to learn about the environment we live in, reconnect with the wonders of nature that surrounds us, wildlife viewing, simple bush craft and outdoor activities, flora and fauna identification, yoga and simple meditation techniques to assist with calming the inner child and help with better focus and listening skills.

​

We have a certified Archimedes Forest School Practitioner that will guide and facilitate the day.

​

A simple organic lunch and snacks will be supplied.

​

Please join us for this rustic wilderness  rest & spiritual renewal retreat.

We will provide you with a serene wilderness atmosphere to unplug from everyday living and distractions and to allow you time to fully re-connect spiritually within your self and nature.

You will be guided throughout your days with gentle contemplative practices, meditations, movements and appropriate activities to assist you in re connecting to your self and surroundings at a deeper level .

You may choose to add on a healing modality to your stay such as :

  Call for availablity- Seasonal

​

We welcome children, their parents and educators to joins us in the farm school experience.

​

This is perfect for small class groups.

Children will engage in some garden basics, get their hands dirty, assist with planting and harvesting depending on season, learning and feeding chickens, learn about sheep, aquire basic understanding of seasonal changes and impacts on environment, learn about farm animal care through hands on experiences and much more!

They will also assist with harvesting produce for their lunch and assist with preparations.

We also share traditional preserving techniques and bread making with older students.

​
